Bellevue Memorial Park, Inc., Cemetery "Rules and Regulations" are provided for your information and convenience.
- The purpose of the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery Rules and Regulations is to protect the integrity of the Cemetery, to create and preserve its beauty, and to respect and provide a sacred space for the families of all buried on these grounds.
- These Rules and Regulations are hereby adopted as the Rules and Regulations of Bellevue Memorial Park, Inc., a Perpetual Upkeep Cemetery.
- All owners of internment rights, visitors and contractors performing work within the Cemetery shall be subject to said Rules and Regulations, amendments or alterations as adopted by the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery Board of Directors.
- "The Cemetery may, and it hereby expressly reserves the right, at any time or times, with or without notice to owners, to adopt new rules and regulations, or to amend, alter, and/or repeal any rule, regulation and/or article, section, paragraph and/or sentence in these Rules and Regulations."
